GETTING STARTED
We learn about your location, recommend the right setup, and handle the details.
Share your city, location type, approximate traffic, and what your people need.
We evaluate fit, available space, electrical access, machine size, and product mix.
Grabio coordinates installation, stocking, cleaning, monitoring, and ongoing service.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
Start with the essentials. Open the topic groups for more detail, or ask Frank directly.
There is no equipment purchase required. Grabio provides and maintains the machine; your location provides an approved space and standard electrical access.
We start with your team’s preferences, then use actual sales data and feedback to refine the mix over time.
Grabio handles restocking, cleaning, product rotation, inventory monitoring, and equipment service.
Shoppers can use major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported mobile-wallet options.
The strongest locations have a consistent group of employees, residents, members, or visitors; repeat demand throughout the day; a secure indoor placement; suitable power and connectivity; and convenient access for shoppers and service. We evaluate the full situation rather than relying on one number.
Yes. Starting with the best initial location allows us to measure adoption and refine the product mix. Additional machines or locations can be evaluated when traffic, sales, available space, and service logistics support expansion.
The door stays locked until a shopper presents an accepted payment method and the payment system approves a temporary pre-authorization. In-machine cameras and AI track the items handled, the door locks again after shopping, and the transaction is recorded. These controls reduce theft opportunities, but no unattended retail system can guarantee zero theft.
A temporary pre-authorization may be placed before the door unlocks to confirm that the payment method is valid and help reduce loss. After the door closes, the system calculates the products kept and submits the final purchase amount. The shopper’s bank controls how quickly any unused hold is released, which can take several business days.
The machine’s cameras and AI video processing follow product movement during the shopping session. When an item is returned to the machine before the door closes, the system is designed to remove it from the final purchase.
Email Grabio with the location, approximate transaction time, amount, and the last four digits of the payment card if available. We can review the transaction information and coordinate the appropriate next step. Never email a full card number.
Smart checkout, payment authorization, inventory reporting, and remote monitoring require a reliable data connection. The exact connection method is confirmed during the location assessment so we can determine whether the site network or another supported option is appropriate.
Requirements depend on the AI smart cooler model selected. Before installation, Grabio confirms the machine dimensions, doorway and delivery path, ventilation clearance, level floor space, and access to a suitable grounded electrical outlet.
Outdoor placement is not assumed. Heat, direct sunlight, moisture, dust, security, electrical protection, and the machine’s approved operating environment must all be evaluated. Grabio confirms whether a proposed placement is suitable before recommending installation.
There is no one fixed schedule for every location. Grabio uses sales activity, inventory alerts, shift patterns, product shelf life, and upcoming demand to plan service before popular products run out.
Grabio checks dates during service, rotates inventory so older products sell first, and removes items that should no longer be offered. Fresh and refrigerated choices receive closer rotation based on their shelf life.
Yes. We can build a mix with water, zero-sugar drinks, protein bars and shakes, nuts, fruit-based snacks, and other better-for-you choices. Requests are subject to product availability, sales performance, package fit, and allergen considerations.
Connected machine information and location reports help identify service issues. Grabio will troubleshoot remotely when possible and schedule local service when needed. If food safety or temperature is in question, affected products are evaluated and removed rather than offered for sale.
Timing depends on machine availability, delivery access, site approval, electrical readiness, and connectivity. Grabio coordinates delivery, positioning, activation, initial stocking, and transaction testing with the location before service begins.
Yes. The first assortment is a starting point. Grabio reviews actual sales, customer requests, seasonal demand, and slow-moving items, then adjusts the mix so the machine becomes more useful over time.
Grabio manages pricing based on product cost, package size, service requirements, and the needs of the location. Prices and promotions can be updated through the management system, and shoppers are charged according to the active price for the items kept.
Depending on the selected refrigerated or frozen model, the machine can support drinks, chips, candy, pastries, protein items, breakfast choices, fresh snacks, and packaged meals. Product size, temperature needs, shelf life, and reliable AI recognition are reviewed before an item is added.
There is no universal headcount that guarantees success. We consider daily traffic, shift coverage, operating hours, nearby food options, current vending, customer access, and expected purchase frequency before recommending a machine.
Grabio compares the available floor space, delivery path, expected traffic, desired product variety, temperature needs, service frequency, and growth potential. The goal is enough capacity for the location without installing more equipment than the demand supports.
Grabio provides and manages the equipment used for its service. Machine ownership, placement rights, access, and each party’s responsibilities are documented in the written service agreement before installation.
Yes. Before equipment is installed, the location and Grabio review a written agreement covering the approved placement, equipment ownership, utilities, service access, operating responsibilities, agreement term, and how the relationship can end.
The proposed term and cancellation process are disclosed before signing and may depend on the equipment, delivery requirements, and investment needed for the location. Decision makers can review the terms and ask questions before approving installation.
Any exclusivity requirement would be discussed openly and included in the written agreement. Existing beverage, snack, coffee, cafeteria, or food-service arrangements should be disclosed during the assessment so potential conflicts can be addressed before installation.
Revenue sharing is not automatic and is not guaranteed for every site. It can be evaluated based on traffic, sales potential, equipment and service costs, product margins, and the responsibilities requested by the location.
The approved location generally provides suitable electrical access and any site-controlled network access that is part of the final setup. The exact utility and connectivity responsibilities are confirmed during the assessment and written into the agreement.
Yes. We welcome an on-site or coordinated review of dimensions, power, ventilation, delivery access, connectivity, security, and service access before installation. This helps prevent surprises for facilities, property management, and IT.
We plan placement and the delivery route before arrival. Grabio will not make permanent property modifications without the location’s approval. Any anchoring, protective barriers, electrical work, or other site changes must be reviewed in advance.
The machine should not block exits, walkways, doors, emergency equipment, or required clearances. Grabio works with the location to choose a stable, well-lit, reasonably accessible position, while the property’s decision maker confirms its building-specific accessibility and safety requirements.
Tell us early if your organization requires a W-9, certificate of insurance, business documentation, purchase order, vendor registration, background requirements, or a facilities checklist. Grabio will confirm the applicable documents and installation will not be scheduled until both sides’ requirements are satisfied.
Refrigerated products are selected for the machine’s approved temperature range and rotated according to shelf life. Temperature or cooling concerns are treated as service issues, and products are evaluated and removed when safe storage cannot be confirmed.
Customers should rely on the manufacturer’s sealed package label for ingredients, nutrition, and allergen warnings. Product selection can consider requested dietary preferences, but the machine is not represented as an allergen-free environment and cross-contact cannot be ruled out.
The vending platform provides operational sales and inventory information to manage the machine. The type and frequency of any summary shared with the location can be discussed during the proposal and may depend on the platform, agreement, and privacy considerations.
Employer-funded credits, discounts, or free-vend arrangements may be possible only when the selected payment system and operating plan support them. We evaluate the goal, budget, eligible users, administration, and reporting before confirming an option.
We first review visibility, placement, pricing, product mix, availability, and customer feedback. Grabio may adjust the assortment or service plan. If the location remains unsustainable, relocation or removal is handled according to the written agreement.
Contact Grabio before construction, floor work, electrical changes, or relocation. The machine should not be moved or disconnected without coordination. We will review timing, access, product protection, and whether the new placement is suitable.
